A Christmas tree inspired by Gianni Rodari for Omegna

Welcome to Omegna, a lovely town located on the shores of Lake Orta. This year the centenary of Gianni Rodari is celebrated. He was a writer, pedagogist, poet, and journalist born here on 23 October 1920.
To light up their Christmas, we created a special tree, inspired by one of his nursery rhymes. In addition to the warm lights and the golden decorations, we have included cute teddy bears, toy trains, airplanes and rocking horses.

Rodari, in the poem “Il Magico Natale”, imagined a city full of live Christmas trees, a different one in every street and square. A rhyme that we feel very close to our world.
